Newest Quality is bred out of the 1.30m-level mare Equality, who as a five-year-old achieved a total score of 77 in the IBOP including an 8.5 for scope. In her pedigree she combines the Grand Prix jumping stallions Cardento and Lux, which makes sure Newest Quality has great origines. Both stallions have distinguished themselves in breeding, as Cardento sired top jumping horses like Bardolino, Matrix, Nice Stephanie, Corporal VDL and Carrera VDL. Granddam Prosparity also produced two 1.30m show jumpers as well as the 1.40m jumping Horsemanship’s Curiosity (by Veron) with whom Renee de Weert performed. As a sire, future talent Insider VDL is listed. With only 8s and 8.5s for the jumping parts in the performance test, he was approved as a three-year for the KWPN. This son of Etoulon VDL received a positive foal report last year and he already produced a foal champion out of his first crop of foals.
