This mare was very successful on the highest level with top rider Janika Sprunger. The sire of Chaperon RV Z is the Carthago son Cicero Z van Paemel, who has proven to be a producer of top show jumpers. He is combined with Balou RB (s.Grand Pilot I), the dam of Chaperon RV Z. This mare is a half-sister to the 1.60m horse Abra Kadabra (s.Vancouver) of Albert Zoer. The pedigree continues with the 1.60m stallions Calvados and Concorde, who is the sire of the mare Kalista. She is at the base of the Grand Prix horse Storm of the Italian Edouard Couperie and of the 1.50m horse Varchi (s.Poor Boy). Besides this she is the granddam of Bonne Chance and Zhum CW (s.Querlybet Hero), who performed on 1.50m level. Finally this Concorde daughter is a full sister to the international Grand Prix horse Jikke, with whom Eric van der Vleuten was successful in the sport.
