After Lalique Taonga earned the ster predicate with 80 points for both conformation and movement, she was selected for the national mare championship (NMK). She is sired by the Grand Prix stallion All At Once, who competed in the Olympics and World Equestrian Games with Yessin Rahmouni and has made a very promising start as a breeding stallion. Dam Obsession is a full sister to the international Grand Prix dressage horses Tango V ridden by Caroline Wagner and Piet 25 of Jane Gregory. In combination with Ampère, Obsession foaled the fourth level (ZZ-Licht) horse Fernando and she is listed as the granddam of Geert-Jan Raateland’s national Grand Prix horse Farmana Angel, who performed in the international Small Tour with Stephanie de Frel. The international Grand Prix horses Sandor (s.Flemmingh) and Ramses der II (s.Gribaldi) originate from the direct damline of this provisional elite mare Lalique-Utopia as well, and she is in foal to One Two Three.
