In the pedigree of Lylou we find three mares in a row that have all performed at Z2- or ZZ-Licht (3^rd-4^th) level in the sport. Her granddam Rylou has foaled the Small Tour stallion Double D (s.Lord Leatherdale) ridden by Theo Hanzon as well as the ZZ-Licht (4^th level) dressage horse Gjenstaende (s.Santano). Rylou herself is a half-sister of the international Grand Prix horse Erivo (s.Spielberg) with whom Jill Hardt has won several prizes. This six-year-old keur mare passed the IBOP with 75.5 points and is sired by the stallion High Five U.S., who himself represents an excellent dressage line and proves to pass on his strong movement and dressage talent to a great extent. In the second generation, the progenitor of Grand Prix dressage horses Santano adds his genes to this pedigree. For 2023, Lylou is in foal to Total U.S.’s half-brother Mister US (s.Grey Flanell).
