Under Lucia Gallardo, Hip By Johnson (s.Johnson) is performing successfully at the highest level, winning -for example- the Grand Prix freestyle in Jerez de la Frontera last year. Nova Jazz comes from the same dam and is therefore also a half-sister to the Small Tour dressage horse Knight Rider STH (s.Wynton), ridden by Nicky Snijder. It is also interesting that granddam Willeke directly produced the Small Tour horse Limited Edition (s.Farrington) and is listed as the granddam of the international Grand Prix horses Toots (s.Jazz) ridden by Imke Schellekens Bartels, and VMF Gladiator (s.Totilas) ridden by Geert Jan Raateland. She can also be found in the damline of the international Grand Prix horse Iejoor (s.Charmeur). This at M1 level performing mare Nova Jazz further combines in her pedigree the influential Grand Prix sires Jazz and Negro and is in foal to Next Romancier. Next Romancier impressed with his first foal crops, earning a positive foal report. Last year, ridden by Bart Veeze, Next Romancier became regional champion at ZZ-Licht level and is now being further developed for the highest level of the sport.
