Olympic stallion Rivaal (by Monaco) who competed with Kamal Abdullah Bahamdan at the Olympic Games of 2008 in Hong Kong is a half-brother of Oxford Alpha his dam Zwinging Alpha (by Fighting Alpha). This mare competed at 1.35m level herself and received the Ster predicate. In addition to Rivaal granddam Henrico, who also jumped at 1.35m level, several 1.30m- and 1.35m jumping horses. Further in the damline we can find the international 1.40m horse Binja (by Colandro). These Olympic genes are here combined with the champion of the KWPN Stallion Show 2017: Jardonnay VDL. This Kannan-son also proved his talent in the KWPN performance test, where he scored 84 points with 8.5’s for his canter, technique, scope, rideability and talent as jumping horse. All this ensures that Oxford Alpha can rightfully be called a promise for the future.
