Sire King Karim showed all his qualities in the performance test and was approved with a good total of 83 points. After winning the class L stallion competition, this seven-year-old stallion is now being trained for the higher levels. Papillon was bred from his first crop and his dam Alinda II competed at ZZ-Licht (4^th) level. She is a full sister of the national Grand Prix dressage horse Zambique, with whom Marjolein Burgers performed in the Small Tour internationally. In addition, granddam Olala already foaled the Small Tour dressage horse Derrel (s.Special D) and several Z2 (3^rd-4^th) level performing offspring. In the fourth generation, this line leads back to a full sister of the KWPN approved stallion Zirkoon (s.Nurprimus), with whom Bert Rutten performed at the highest level, and in addition to a couple of showjumpers this damline also produced the Small Tour dressage horse Waldstern D (s.Diamond Hit).
