In Pegasus’s pedigree we find three Grand Prix dressage stallions united and this damline has also produced a number of well-performing sport horses. This future talent is sired by the successful Grand Prix stallion Desperado, with whom Emmelie Scholtens took part in the European Championships in Rotterdam and achieved several international victories. In breeding, Desperado already made great progress with successful offspring such as Asgard's Ibiza, Dettori, Mowgli V.O.D and Jane. Pegasus’s dam Vivaldi has foaled the ZZ-Zwaar (5^th level) dressage horse Excellent (s.Krack C) and is listed as the granddam of the Small Tour dressage horse Jupiter (s.Apache) ridden by Daniëlle Heijkoop. Vivaldi herself is a full sister of the international Grand Prix horse Zelle ridden by Maria Pyykönen and granddam Regalia also foaled the international Young Riders horse Electro (s.Rousseau) of Elles van Asseldonk.
