Earlier this year, Ramblas was selected for the KWPN performance test, and he is now ready for a sporting career as a gelding. He is sired by the promising Sir Donnerhall I son Lantanas, who has made a strong start in breeding and is also very promising for sport as a half-brother to the well-known Grand Prix horse Vitana V. Ramblas’s dam Kailani is a half-sister to the Big Tour dressage horse Hacando (s.Chippendale), and this line traces back to the Bismarck daughter Ganja in the third generation. Ganja is the granddam of the international Grand Prix horse Emando (s.Delatio) ridden by Vera Khalikova, and she can also be found in the damline of the Small Tour horse Donnatella-H (s.Status Quo) ridden by Daniel Watson. In the second generation, the World Champion from Herning, Glamourdale, adds his valuable genes. This well-breeding stallion won medals under Charlotte Fry at the European Championships and the Olympic Games.

Ramblas is about 4 months ridden under saddle.
