The well-known Bria line has already produced a number of good dressage horses, including the Grand Prix horses Barbria (s.Doruto), OO Seven (s.Rubinstein I) and Ambria (s.OO Seven). Respect L seems to have everything it takes to become the next notable reference. His granddam Elymbria L (s.Wynton) is a three-quarter sister to the Grand Prix stallion Blue Hors Don Olymbrio (s.Jazz), with whom Daniel Bachmann Andersen performed exceptionally well. He placed fourth in the freestyle at Jumping Amsterdam last weekend with a score of 84%. She is also the half-sister to the Small Tour horse Veno L (s.Ronaldo). In the fourth generation, this line traces back to the Sultan mare Kilbria, who can be found in the damline of the Grand Prix horse Cilbria IH (s.Florencio) ridden by Maaike Rellage and Small Tour horses such as Easy Top VCG (s.Zizi Top), Frappuccino VCG (s.Jazz) and Bucks (s.Van the Man).
