Sire Feromas van Beek Z performed creditably at the highest level under Gilles Thomas and is also making a strong mark as a sire. Through the well-producing international 1.50m-level stallions Checkter and Numero Uno, Tacloban traces back on the dam’s side in the third generation to the proven broodmare Zuhr (s.Dollar dela Pierre). This performance mare produced not only the internationally placed 1.60m-level KWPN-approved stallion Heathrow (s.Der Senaat 111), ridden by Jens van Grunsven, but also the international 1.60m-level performer Cjoxx Z (s.Comme Il Faut), with whom Shane Sweetnam won the 5* Grand Prix of San Miguel de Allende in 2023. Zuhr herself is a half-sister to the Grand Prix showjumper Unanimous (s.Andiamo), ridden by Mac Cone, and from this direct branch of Holsteiner line 108B also comes the 1.55m-level showjumper Frederiks (s.Carambole), ridden by Christoph Könemann.
